1996

Beginnings

In 1996 we began operations providing maintenance and repair services for APL in Mexico City (Pantaco), Ensenada, Manzanillo, Hermosillo, Ramos Arizpe, Saltillo, and Toluca.

2001

Consolidation

In 2001 we included Pacer Stacktrain in our customer portfolio, expanding our service network to the intermodal terminals in Toluca, Queretaro, Silao, Monterrey, and San Luis Potosi.

2002

New Workshops

In 2002 we opened two new workshops in the State of Mexico (Tultitlan and Cuautitlan) with the purpose of providing logistics and M&R services to new customers and consolidated our operations in the automotive industry, developing the locations of Manzanillo, Guadalajara, Veracruz, Tijuana, Monterrey, Cuautitlan, Mexico City, Saltillo, Aguascalientes, Hermosillo and Lazaro Cardenas.

2003

New Operations

In 2003 we opened two more operations to provide M&R services, one in Mexico City (Azcapotzalco) and another in Guadalajara to cover the new market perspectives in complete logistics services.

2009

Handling Management

In 2009 we started to provide handling management services in container yards in Teoloyucan, Guadalajara, and Monterrey for the shipping companies HAPAG LLOYD, MOL and CSAV.

INBURSA Insurance Company

In 2010 we started to provide our services to INBURSA Insurance Company in the repair of trailers, dry boxes, and intermodal equipment.

Services to Shipping Companies

In 2017 we already offered our services to the shipping companies HAMBURG SUD, HAPAG LLOYD, APL, MOL, NYK, MAERSK, among others, within our various workshops located in: Ensenada, Manzanillo, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Queretaro, Mexico City (Ferrovalle), the State of Mexico (APM Terminals, Teoloyucan), and Puebla.

2018

Workshop in Altamira

In 2018 we opened a new workshop in Altamira and developed the empty yards of Manzanillo and Ensenada to provide the service of empty container handling. We also implemented a new yard management program called PACO.

2019

Workshop in Manzanillo

In 2019 we moved our operation in Manzanillo to another location with greater storage capacity and started operations in Veracruz.

Workshop in San Luis Potosi

In 2020 we opened a new workshop in San Luis Potosi within the LIT terminal.

Currently, Grupo SLTC offers its services in 13 different locations.
